 DEL FIRE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

PURCHASE ORDERS:

- There is no fee for custom print titles, on products that include titles.

- No minimum order requirements.

- Purchase Orders should be emailed to: delfirestore@tds.net

- A reply order acknowledgment will be provided.

- All Purchase Orders must include PO Number, Billing address, Shipping address, Item Number, Description, Quantity, Color, and accurate pricing. If shipping deadline is required, please note on PO.

- All orders without a Purchase Order Number must be processed via Credit Card.

 

PAYMENT: Net 30 Days from date of invoice F.O.B. Loganton, PA.

 

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground or USPS unless specified otherwise.

Customer’s specific shipping requests honored when feasible.

 

LATE CHARGES: Past due invoices generate late fees and may jeopardize Open Net 30 Terms.

 

RETURNS: All claims for returned goods must be made within 30 days of shipment.Re-Stocking fee of 20% may apply.  Returns require authorization and a RA number. Freight charges will not be credited. Custom products cannot be returned for credit.

 

SAMPLE REQUESTS: Sample requests are billed at the unit price. Samples of stock items may be returned in new condition within 30 days for credit on the product. Shipping charges are paid by the customer.

 

DISCOUNTS: Discounts are provided based upon quantity of purchase order. Additional discounts may be available, and/or stocking agreements, however these are handled on an individual request basis.

 Warranty/ Return Policy
DEL FIRE STORE desires to provide you with the highest quality products made in the USA.  Our motto “Because Quality & Service Matters” shows our commitment to serving you to the best of our abilities. Because we are human, it is possible for us to make an error with your order.  Please follow instructions below so that we may resolve any issues as quickly as possible:

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

  1. If your package arrives in a damaged condition, please REFUSE the package to the Fed Ex driver if possible.  
  2. If the package has been delivered, contact DEL FIRE STORE immediately via email or phone as Fed Ex Ground policies will be applicable.  Photos of the damaged carton and product may be required to submit to Shipping Company.
  3. Include Original Order Number and Shipping Address when contacting DEL FIRE STORE.
  4. You will be given instructions by DEL FIRE STORE on returning the package or submitting photos of damage for credit.

ORDER INCOMPLETE

  1. Contact DEL FIRE STORE as soon as possible via email or phone.
  2. Include Original Order Number and Shipping Address.
  3. Missing Items will be shipped immediately once we have verified original order.

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

  1. Contact DEL FIRE STORE via email or phone within 10 days of order receipt.  
  2. Include Original Order Number and Shipping Address.
  3. Original items need to be returned to DEL FIRE STORE
  4. A Prepaid Fed Ex Ground label will be emailed to you to return the item
  5. Once the order has been received back at our warehouse, and verified to be in the same, new condition, new items will be shipped to you at no cost.  Used items are not returnable and will be returned to you.

RECEIVED DEFECT ITEM/ WARRANTY

  1. All products on the DEL FIRE STORE site have a manufacturer’s commitment to be free from defect upon arrival and a 30day warranty. If you receive a product with a defect, contact DEL FIRE STORE via email or phone within 10 days of order receipt.  
  2. Include Original Order Number and Shipping Address.
  3. Original items need to be returned to DEL FIRE STORE
  4. A Prepaid Fed Ex Ground label will be emailed to you to return the item
  5. Once the order has been received back at our warehouse, and verified to be in the same, new condition, we will forward it to the manufacturer for evaluation.  Used items or customer-damaged items are not returnable and will be returned to you.
  6. Repair or replacement will be at the manufacturer’s discretion, and manufacturer is responsible to ship you a new or repaired item at no cost to you.  

RETURNS / CREDITS

  1. Contact DEL FIRE STORE via email or phone within 10 days of order receipt.  
  2. Include Original Order Number and Shipping Address.
  3. Standard stock items may be returned for credit.  
  4. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
  5. DEL FIRE STORE will provide you with a Returned Merchandise Authorization number which must appear on the outside of the Return package for credit.  
  6. Once the returned item has arrived back to our warehouse and verified to be in the same, new condition, a credit will be issued to you within 5 days of our receipt of the original item.
  7. Credit includes full refund for the cost of the product.  Shipping charges are not credited.


 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Clearance Items, All custom or personalized items including products with custom titles, imprint or embroidery.
